Registration
To register, call (407) 788-8097 then press 12. Registered students will receive a
letter of confirmation and details regarding accommodations and
transportation thirty days prior to class. Please wait until the
class is confirmed before making travel arrangements.
Course Fee
The $3,500 (U.S.) fee for regularly scheduled classes includes tuition
and training manuals only. A check for the full amount must be forwarded
to the Technical Education Department thirty (30) days prior to the
beginning of class; otherwise, the student will not be admitted to
class.
Accommodations
Hotel accommodations, transportation and meals are not included in the
cost of the course. We will send information to assist you in making
travel arrangements.
Course Schedule
Monday 10:00a.m to 5:00p.m. (Eastern Standard Time); Tuesday through
Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Friday 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We
request that students not arrive at the facilities before 8:30 a.m. on
Monday. We recommend that students arrive on Sunday evening.
Dress Code
The dress code is informal.
Availability
Classes are normally limited to six students. Seats are filled on a
first come, first serve basis. Students may request to be put on a
waiting list. In the event that there is a cancellation, students on the
waiting list will be given first opportunity to fill that space. If
there is not sufficient student response thirty days prior to class, the
class may be canceled and students registered will be notified to
reschedule.
Prerequisites
Students are expected to meet certain course requirements. A list is
included in the Technical Education Programs brochures, which may
be obtained upon request. A fundamental knowledge of PC DOS-based
systems and basic typing skills are essential for most courses. Expedite
3-D/Windows requires a basic familiarity with Windows.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be received at least twenty-one days before
the class starts for a 50% refund to be made. No refund will be made if
you cancel within twenty-one days of the start of class. Software Magic
reserves the right to cancel any class. Registered students will be
advised of class cancellation and be rescheduled. If class size
requirements of six students are not met, any money paid in advanced
will be refunded in full.
